There is no automated transmission; instead, it operates manually or through interfaces with external systems to transfer the data into the NexOpt system. This saves on hardware fees and reduces monthly costs.
FLEET MANAGEMENT WITH TELEMATICS
Our hardware captures the vehicle's real-time data via telematics and automatically sends it directly to the NexOpt system. Information such as the chassis number, mileage, charging and refueling events, and service alerts are automatically transmitted. The installation and wiring can be done by the customer themselves or, as part of our full-service offering, directly by our NexOpt technicians.
ELECTRONIC LOGBOOK
Our system offers more than just an electronic logbook. With the integration of fleet management, we can easily expand the tool to include features such as contract and damage management, driver license checks, and OCR scans. All data is stored in compliance with GDPR, and precise reports for fleet optimization are generated—automatically, tamper-proof, and financially compliant.
