COST REDUCTION AND INCREASED ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY THROUGH TECHNICAL FLEET OPTIMIZATION
COST REDUCTION THROUGH
ACCIDENT REDUCTION
Direct intervention in the fleet vehicles to reduce acceleration and performance has led to a significant reduction in accidents. Maintenance costs and vehicle downtime have been substantially reduced, and damage costs have been lowered by up to 50%.
POWER REDUCTION
Reduced acceleration leads to fewer accidents, as the vehicles respond more smoothly and the risk of collisions is reduced.
LIMITATION OF REVERSE SPEED
By limiting the reverse speed to 10-15 km/h, the risk of accidents while reversing is significantly reduced, especially in areas with limited visibility or in high-traffic environments.
INCREASED
SAFETY MEASURES
Unsecured vehicles pose significant safety risks in addition to property damage. An automatic engagement of the handbrake provides a solution to this issue.
AUTOMATC HANDBRAKE
The option is available for both electronic and mechanical handbrakes. The handbrake setting can be adjusted via the NexOpt platform.
As soon as the driver's door is opened, the handbrake is automatically engaged to prevent the vehicle from rolling and ensure additional safety when parking.
INCREASED FLEET LIFESPAN
For optimal and satisfactory use of the e-fleet, range and battery capacity play a crucial role. Through the NexOpt State of Health (SOH) program, we optimize the performance and lifespan of your fleet.
ENERGY OPTIMIZATION
Battery capacity and battery health are key components of the SOH. They indicate how much energy the battery can store and how well it performs. Therefore, we focus on energy optimization.
EFFICIENT USE OF BATTERY
The battery charge during departure and return is an indicator of how efficiently the battery is used during the drive. A gentle driving style can help extend the battery's lifespan, while improper use can lead to premature wear. This includes, for example, the automatic control of consumers like heating, to preserve the battery and maximize range.
INNOVATIVE CHARGING MANAGEMENT
The operational solar power systems enable cost-effective, optimized charging management. In combination with the NexOpt platform, the fleet can be charged automatically and resource-optimized - based on daily demand.
E-CHARGING OPTIMIZATION
We enable precise monitoring and control of the charging processes through innovative technology. The automatic calculation of electricity flow and consumption ensures efficient use of the charging infrastructure. An important aspect of this is measuring the charging loss. This achieves transparent and accurate billing of charging processes and optimal utilization of the charging infrastructure.
This technology revolutionizes electric vehicle charging by making the process seamless and user-friendly. Instead of manually signing in or authenticating, the telematics system detects the chassis number and sends a signal to the wallbox via an interface. The wallbox then verifies whether the chassis number is authorized to charge. This eliminates the need for manual input.
